📣 🚨 PAPER ACCEPTED ‼️ 'Effect of intra-set rest periods on back squat propulsive impulse” study has been accepted in Biomechanics @mdpiopenaccess.bsky.social We explored how intra-set rest (0s, 10s, 20s, 30s) affects propulsive impulse, using 3x5 80%RM back squats. 1/4
