Caught Coyote vs. Acme this afternoon. I'm sure Zaslav and Warner are KICKING themselves for attempting to shelve this movie. It was an unhinged delight that actually made me sympathetic to the plight of the Wile E. Coyote. And making Foghorn Leghorn an asshole was a stroke of genius! 😂
Late 2027 or early 2028 looks to be the release window then! 🤔

During my rewatch of Code Lyoko, I've noticed something. Jim tends to bring up a potential background in espionage. Question is, could he have known about Franz Hopper at some point during those days? 🤔
Saw a rerelease of Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone with @movielord101.bsky.social tonight. And yes, you read that right. The British version! 🇬🇧 The movie really hasn't lost its lustre 25 years on! 🤔
Funnily enough, this approach to storytelling helped to get my mother into the show. She loves it! 🤔

I gotta get around to watching Sons of Anarchy at some point. 🤔

I saw Spider Man: Brand New Day this past Sunday in the morning. My screening was PACKED with people who looked to be in that demographic. The demise of the theatrical experience has been greatly exaggerated! 😈

Robert Cargill@crobertcargill.bsky.social · 4w agoThe most exciting thing going on with movies that I'm not seeing anyone talk about is how Gen Z is willing to see movies weeks after they come out rather than waiting for VOD. Seeing it in the theater is the point. As a result movies can breathe, build an audience, and still do well weeks later.
I'm well aware of Devlin being interested. But as for the Tenant rumor, all I can find is an article talking about something entirely unrelated to it. So, until the tender goes out, I'm calling BS! 🤔

Spider Man: Brand New Day is a more somber affair than its predecessors, but damn if it didn't manage to tug at the heartstrings at times. Also, Sadie Sink truly is the MVP of this movie. Go see it on the biggest screen possible! 🕷️👀
Yeah. And people tend to stream the hell out of superhero movies. Which means some pretty HEFTY residuals! 👀

Yes, most often it’s because they want to do something for their kids, but they at least they most often still put 110% effort.
Been rewatching Code Lyoko from the beginning recently. The first season truly was a different animal to what came after. Seriously, animation wise, they just threw everything at the wall to see what would stick. Thankfully the former would be more polished come Season 2! 🤔
Honestly? I'd rather a European production company be given a chance to bid. The quality of this guy's work is all over the place! 🤔
