I just finished The Story of Birds by @stevebrusatte.bsky.social and I now have a deeper appreciation and fascination for our avian friends. I've taken to feeding the crows in my neighborhood. Makes me want to go see the fossil of the titanis walleri that's only a few hours away.
I'm 42, recently developed an intense interest in birds, I've always been interested in paleontology and evolution. So this was a must. And it's simply fantastic! @stevebrusatte.bsky.social knocks it out of the park. Accessable and informative, I'm loving it!

After reading The Rise and Fall of the Dinosaurs by @stevebrusatte.bsky.social I had to dig out my Beasts of the Mesozoic Zhenyuanlong Suni. This book has reawakened my deep love of dinosaurs. Highly recommended!

Hey! I finished a custom! Here's my new Anakin Skywalker from The Clone Wars/Ahsoka! Obi-Wan's arms to fix the long ones he came with. Painted the chest armor as well. I might replace the soft goods with a more premium version later on.
