I mean this with all kindness- if you are not actually in danger, stewing over fear is not going to lead to you having a safer, freer or more beautiful life. It is going to make you a mark for conmen. If you do have multigenerational trauma, like so many of us do, the answer is trying to treat it
From what I've observed, they're more afraid of the incredibly strong sense of community you'll find among those of a Muslim background. They practice what they preach tenfold over what you'll find in a modern Christian.
