It's hard to grasp how much ADHD meds have helped me. It's like someone finally poured oil into an engine that has been grinding and tearing itself apart. It's not just the easy task initiation or the focus. It's quiet and calm. I'm even lowering my anti-depressant dose (with my doctor's help)

Posted before and then deleted. Still trying to like my body. I know most of the people I am attracted to arn’t attracted to my body type. And that's totally understandable. I don't want to direct energy at anyone who wouldn't enjoy receiving it from me. Gotta love yourself first though, right?
