Just been to watch the Hot Ice show in Blackpool and can’t believe I’ve never been before. That is a camp, joyful, explosive two hours of sequins and skating. So good, we’ve booked to go again on Thursday. #Blackpool #HotIce

What an absolute master at his craft. From Jurassic Park to A Cry in the Dark. Sam has performed in some of my all time favourite films. I’ve loved watching Sam’s work. How very sad.
Building back after my #Costochondritis diagnosis wasn’t easy. 3 months out the gym, then 3 months of light weights, I felt I was undoing all the hard work over the last 4 years. But my strength is back, pain is less frequent & I’m not needing as many recovery days. Happy days!
