The best word for poop is, well...poop! None of this shit, crap, doodoo, feces stuff or any other slang term for it. Poop and its variants like poopy/pooped are really cute words and there's no getting away from the subject matter when you use them It's also embarassing to say, which I find hot.

As much as I love diapers and poop, farts are still incredibly hot to me. I really got into them a few years ago and gooned my brains out to the point I got bored of them, but that boredom has faded now. Just dominate me with several large butts letting off giant, deep, stinky farts for hours :3
