The absolute contempt that corporations like this have for creatives is staggering. Using actual flesh-and-blood entertainers to train what I can only assume is AI simulacra providing generated entertainment to their viewer base is nothing short of ghoulish behaviour of the highest degree.
Zach Bussey 🍁@zachbussey.tos.gg · 2mo agoTwitch and Amazon are apparently planning to use streams to train Generative AI. Multiple sources tell me it will be announced in the coming months, despite some internal friction against it. Creators may be able to opt out of some training data.
