Idk if she counts but... When her episode released, I saw a lot of criticism/hate toward her design. Meanwhile I loved her (and her design) the moment I saw her appear. Her color palettes are eye candy, her hair is mesmerizing 🤩

Part of being an artist is learning to endure frustration. Sometimes it doesn’t work the way you planned, sometimes it takes much more time than you thought, but is going through it that helps you learn and become a better artist. And it shows, in your art, how much you endured.

I spent a few hours outside in the shade today and wore sun screen. Still ended up getting a little sunburnt only on the back of my left hand 😩 It doesn't hurt or anything, just annoying... I sunburn so dang easily 😑

reminder to anyone doing artfight for the first time, the site usually dies for a bit from being overloaded on the first day or two, so save your refs early so you can start drawing on july 1st while the site is down xD (but also don't draw your entries early it's against the rules)
Never, ever downplay your art. Furry art, anime, oc art- it all matters so much. What you want to make, it matters so much. Don’t ever let them convince you what you make isn’t worthwhile, or on par with “industry standards” Great artists have existed far before all of these rules, roles, degrees.
