With all thats happening with *gestures vaguely at everything*, its important to have independent platforms like #Pillowfort. Bluesky is doing well, but I've always preferred platforms with more versatility towards long-form blogging.

I miss the days when we only had one public forum. Between different platforms, messaging apps, blogs, and work channels, I've now got at least 10 spaces I need to keep track of at any given time.
