What do you do after a glorious day at the polls? Why, go fly, of course. 1st time in a Light Sport aircraft, first time actively flying a joystick and 1st time with a glass cocklpit. Much fun was had.

A blue and white liveried Bristol NG5 in the hangar after our flight. There is an aircraft in the background up on a lift.I'm at the controls in a Bristell aircraft - a white wing with a blue winglet is seen off my left shoulder with fluffy white cumulus clouds in the distance of a blue sky

Florida, Election Day is HERE. 💗 We knocked on doors. We made calls. We showed up for each other every step of the way. It's time to finish what we started. GO VOTE TODAY Bring your neighbor, your coworker, your cousin, everybody. And, stay in line when the polls close! LFG! #AngieforFlorida

I repeat what I wrote yesterday: "Vote! And do what you can to get friends and acquaintances to vote! This is our moment. This is our chance to turn away from the abyss of Trumpism, and to begin to move forward into the broad, sunlit uplands of a brighter future."

I went FLYING today! 1st time in a tail-wheeled, joystick controlled aircraft. Such a good time in my happy happy place. This American Champion Citabria 7ECA is a real joy to fly - she practically flies herself.

A red and white painted Citabria Champ high-winged aircraft in it's hangar. There is a white experimantal aircraft hanging above it.Me smiling BIG in an AOPA ball cap, headseat and long-sleeved shirt. Bright grass and a concrete taxiway are visible through the windows behind me.Final approach to a landing at Arcadia, FL. My friend Floyd, who owns the aircraft, is at the controls, with the paved runway 6 visible through the windscreen about a mile away

Witnessed the Falcon 9 launch from our front yard - 81 miles away. Pretty amazing. The bright white spot is the actual rocket, probably already close to Africa. (See Alt txt for more)

The brilliant blue-white bulge is what's called a space jelly fish - created by the exhaust gases (mostly water vapor, at this point) getting lit by the rise sun, still below our own horizon view.

🧵🧵🧵 on the Cornell Seven. I didn’t write this and I don’t know who did, but it perfectly sums up how I feel and how I’ve felt for a very long time. (If you see this and you wrote it, please speak up. I don’t want to be credited with something I didn’t write)

There is nothing that demonstrates the entirety of Donald Trump's life, ambitions, talents, projects and skills more than the Lincoln Memorial reflecting pool. His whole life story writ large in 2,000 feet of beauty turned to crap...

Well, it is done. We are now Florida residents, for better or worse. Looking forward to getting active in the aviation community here, As well as exploring the diverse ethnic cultures and foods here. Oh, and yeah, see what I can do joining the local Dems
