How should I promote myself in this new electronic music sphere where labels are gone and the old "we love to highlight underground artists!!" stuff is all gone
I think it’s kind of sad how labels have mostly shut down or lost their influence. Covid era was rly the prime time to blow up in online underground electronic spaces. Now the chance to grow is just kinda gone
i remember when i found out there were A&Rs and promotional pages that eventually stopped listening to my things after i submitted a bunch ah the good days

Went on a soundcloud deleting spree I tried to keep everything that was “good” and I almost deleted the entire soundcloud lol. A start over wouldn’t be so bad. If I had something to start over with
I made a silly attempt to “come back” to making music. I’ve seen everyone else far surpass me in the time. It was a silly idea. I will post a few unreleased garbage tracks in the next week or two. That might be it.

Is it entitled or crazy to feel annoyed at the fact that you have connections, but still seem to get no likes or no reposts? Everyone wants to “support underground talent” but why would you say that if you only help people with 1k+ followers?
