A lot of those being targeted, dehumanized and marginalized by the right... and largely either ignored or used as talking points and political currency by the opposition... yeah, they're about to start stacking up in No Man's Land.

Simply taxing them will never work in and of itself. Learning to vote with your wallet is equally, if not more important. What do these people learn from? Long term sanctions. Not one day. Not one policy. Participation perpetuates. Tank their profit margins.
