To be free of suffering, one must disavow the suffering of all beings, including oneself. To be present to suffering is to suffer. Is it worth blinding oneself not to see truth?

At its foundational level, creativity, moment by moment, can be conceived of as the vector force towards or away from realized consciousness. Never let its value be understated or underappreciated.
