In Krasnodar region, intercepted Ukrainian drone fell on a crowded beach, killing some Russian civilians. While Western cosplayers started to accuse Ukraine of deliberately targeting a tourist resort, this is not what Russian authorities say: they say it was debris from interception

A snippet from the statement of Krasnodar governor saying "debris of a drone" fell on the resort off Arkhipo-Ospinovka (in original Russian)

My doomscrolling evolved into tatescrolling. I check every morning if the fokkers are still in jail, afraid Trump might want to help them again. So far so good! But the conditions could be a bit worse, if I had a say.

This is real Russia: principal of agricultural school saw teenagers riding quads on the school grounds, destroying cultivated fields. He called their parents. They arrived and beaten him, when he fell, they kicked him. He died four days later in hospital

There are people claiming that the West should do more diplomacy with Russia. I wonder how come they missed all the attempts by Macron, Merkel, Scholz, Guterres and the infamous red carpet in Anchorage. Sure, you can call Kremlin again to hear the same "nyet". So what's the point?

Sorry, "Foreign Policy". Didn't pay for the paywall. Clueless Westerners who think they will just come to Russia with their money to enjoy the "shared values" of "anti-wokeness"... They are just, well, clueless Westerners. Don't need to read how it ends, I know it.

A screenshot from Foreign Policy article about one Leo Hare, a "pious Christian fom Texas", who came to Russia because he hated the woke ideology, and is now homeless with his family, being swindled out by the non-woke Russians

Many pro-Russian accounts present current missile attacks on Kyiv as "retaliation" for Ukrainian attacks. In reality, Russia is bombing Kyiv from day one. The only thing that changed is that Ukraine is now firing back.

A pro-Russian Western idiot on Twitter literally thought Wildberries warehouse is a warehouse storing berries (sometimes even a factory making them). In order to support Russia, you need to know nothing about Russia (and be stupid enough to think berries are made in factory).

Before Russian invasion of 2014, Donetsk was one of the richest cities in Ukraine. Now they have no water, because invasion destroyed the aqueduct. They started to build a new one, but for 12 yrs nothing happened until today: kleptocrats who stole the money were arrested. Pipes still dry, though.

Back in high school, I used to read a lot of Russian literature. So let me tell you: Dostoyevsky, Tolstoy, Turgenev, Gorky, Sholokhov, Shalamov, Limonov, Prilepin, they all describe Russia as hell of depraved sadists and addicts. If the main protagonist tries to be good, everyone calls him "idiot".

Russian milblogger Romanov with a brief statement: "Konstantinovka = Kupyansk". Kupyansk was reported as wholly captured to Putin more than once, but it was never true, Russia does not have it until this very day.

Twitter propagandist "Big Serge" turned out to be a state employee from Idaho, one Sam Wolkenhauer. Remember, social media accounts claiming to be "Russian" are usually American cosplayers who think it if they call themselves "Sergey" or "Natasha", they appear stronger or sexier.

Crimea is without fuel and electricity, food and water shortages will come shortly. In will inevitably lead to the talk of "humanitarian corridors", so Russian civilians can be evacuated. Mark my words, save this post.

Glenn Diesen draws arrows to prove Russian victory is near - when Konstantinivka and Lyman fall, it's easy. But arrow (1) goes through cities. When Russians capture Konstantinivka, they will crawl through Druzhkivka for another year. Arrow (2) goes through Holy Mountains. That's just impossible.

A screenshot from Glenn Diesen Twitter with the arrows on the map mentioned in the post.

Why I'm not afraid of Russian nukes (and neither should you)? (1) China doesn't want it and Russia can't afford alienating China (2) if Russia gets cut off Baltic sea, their economy is gone (3) nuking a neighbor is too stupid even for Russia (4) this rusty Soviet stuff was not maintained for decades

Pro-Russian propagandists on Xitter are beginning to get it. Yes my dude, there will be no "gloves off", no "flattening of Kyiv", no "destruction of bridges on Dnipro", none of your fantasies from last 4+ yrs. Russia is already trying as hard as they but they can't do much.

Screenshot from Twitter account "Lord Bebo" complaining that Russian only response to Moscow burning will be verbal condemnation from Peskov and "everyone moves on as usual" (he's probably right, btw)

Glenn Greenwald jumped on the AI-generated slop report on "Ukrainian biolabs", and he's asking: if they were regular labs, why they contained dangerous stuff? Is he playing dumb or he really never saw a scientific laboratory? They always contain hazardous stuff, solvents and gases to begin with.

Recent Ukrainian successes can be attributed to one person, Robert "Magyaer" Brovdi. He was promoted chief of unmanned system barely over a year ago. At the time, Russian propaganda was portraying him as a fraudster. Russians who believed it are now dead or at best, stranded without fuel.

Screensot from Russian propaganda channel "Sputnik"

I don't get the right-wing idiots obsession with "biolabs". Chemlabs, that's where the dangerous stuff is in any university! In a war of chemistry faculty vs biology faculty, the chemlab people can instantly poison / blow up the biolab people before they seed their Petri dishes.

Remember when MAGA accounts were so certain Hormuz will be unblocked in a matter of days, a week tops - because The Master of the Deal will defeat the ayatollahs? How long ago it was? Are they still waiting?

Bulgaria stops delivering weapons to Ukraine - does it matter? According to Russian blog "Two Majors", not much. They analyze Bulgarian help and conclude it was mostly obsolete Soviet stuff and ammunition to it (NATO-incompatible). Ukraine needed it in 2022, but no longer (and Bulgaria has no more).
