Decided I'd try to find some spuds. Either they are very deep or I won't get much of a yield this year. (But thankful no potato beetles this year.) There is enough here and tomorrow there should be enough green beans to pick to make my favourite bean/potato polpettone.
Spent this morning in the bush. Wasn't able to get out berry picking last year due to working weekends so really glad I could get out with my picking partner today.
Wall Street Slice, my local New York style pizza place makes excellent garlic rolls and marinara. There's a whole roasted garlic clove in each roll.
