This week is the 25th PPA Meeting in Berlin. Our postdoc Maia Casna presented the a pilot study of Mercury exposure and upper respiratory disease in Medieval Pontevedra (NW Spain), which was very well received and sparked a productive debate. Good work Maia! @dai-weltweit.bsky.social @erc.europa.eu
Team meeting! Ecopast met today to review the first half of the year, look at ways to improve, and assess the targets we’ve achieved and those we still need to reach. Things are going well!!!
The last week Jenny Sjöström, member of our team, was chair of the Session 11g-O2 "Metal pollution in the past and present: historical perspectives and emerging threats", and it had success at Goldschmidt 2026 of Montreal. But she there was also time to explore the city. 😉 @erc.europa.eu @usc.gal
