Set up for tomorrow's opening of my first solo show, INSOMNIAC. I'll also be debuting my new zine collecting photos from the show, plus some extras I'm both excited and anxious about the whole thing. It's been a lot of work to put this show together and I've learned a ton in the process.

Today was a two nap day.

I had a couple of teachers in high school who thought I was high all of the time, despite my never touching drugs. Never understood it until looking back at my grade 11 yearbook. And, yes, I went by Eddie until I was about 16.

Been battling something since yesterday and am feeling a little feverish today, so I'm going to take the opportunity to finally watch Mulholland Drive after 25 years of putting it off.

More THE NICE GUYS doodles. It came out 10 years ago this week. It was the first movie I saw in theatres after moving to Chicago, which means I moved to Chicago 10 years ago, and I feel very normal about that. Anyway if we can't get a sequel can I have money to draw their further adventures.
