There is something unbelievably satisfying about finishing an army, in this case one of the Spearhead forces for Stormcast in #AgeOfSigmar Oh and the exclusive Lord Celestant that came with the magazine. I'll also get a dude on a dragon but he's not actually in the army so it counts!

I got bored of painting clanrats and decided to paint the Clawlord, or at least his gnaw-beast so far. Probably paint the rider this evening then I'm just ten of the little blighters away from a completed Skaven Spearhead! Base rim is always the last bit painted 😅 #AgeOfSigmar

All the talk about a digital only future for PlayStation games reminds me I really need to get round to putting the three boxes of old games I have on ebay, given I've not played any of them for at least 15 years.

I've not played Civ7 for a while, turned it on yesterday and when did they change how the whole game works? 🤣 Like I get people hate change but I liked the way Civ7 played, was nice to have something that wasn't just all the previous games reskinned but I guess I'm fairly unique in that...

A game you were playing when you were: 10 - 1989 I was mainly playing Elite on a BBC micro 20 - 1999 at uni playing Soul Blade and Gran Turismo on PS1 30 - 2009 Still playing Fallout 3 a fair bit then on 360 40 - 2019 Played a lot of Overcooked 2 that year on PS4 50? Earth Defence Force 7 or 8 😁

QTP with a game you played when you were... -10 yrs old: Faxanadu ⚔️ 1990 -20 yrs old: Majora's Mask 👹 2000 -30 yrs old: Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 🦇 2010 -40 yrs old: The Last of Us Part II 🪓 2020 Bonus!: -50 yrs old: Bloodborne Remastered/Remake 🩸 2030 Yes, I'm delusional but hopeful. 🤪

I'm sure anyone who is into tabletop wargaming will agree that there's something incredibly cool about two, fully painted forces facing off against each other 😄 I'm glad I was right that subscribing to the magazine would get me back painting again. #AgeOfSigmar #Nerdlings

All the models from issues 1-6: of Spearhead having a stand off, actually painted and everything!

Progress continues on the Spearhead models! The squad of Stormcast are done so just the bonus character to go this month so I'm well ahead of the game still. That may not continue when they chuck 20 clanrats at me 😆 #AgeOfSigmar

Stormcast in a very simple silver and bronze colour scheme

I have loved the art of John Blanche ever since getting my 10 year old hands on Rogue Trader and the first Space Hulk set. For me, John Blanche and Gary Chalk really defined the look and feel of 40k and were big parts of why I still love the hobby some 32 years later. Rest in peace

John Blanche picture, could be a titan, could be a city, could be both, that's why he was the best

#ForzaHorizon6 is great, I've now collected all the collectibles and made it to Legends Island after 50 odd hours and I'm still very much enjoying the game. I find it annoys me more than it should though that when you drive through a river, the tyres on your car don't get wet, they do in the rain

First of the new Stormcast done, this scheme is hilariously quick to paint! Turbodork Tin Star with Nuln Oil for the silver Culture Hustle Black Gold, then Nuln Oil then Culture Hustle Copperb for the shield and hammer, Astrogranite then Drakenhof Nightshade on the base ##AgeOfSigmar

Stormcast! The next few issues of Spearhead arrived along with some hammer types and a Lord Celestant. Oh and a large base brush, something I've only ever used for tanks before and some paint I already had 😅 Should be easy to get these done in a month! ##AgeOfSigmar
