It’s titled “Today’s World of Con Artists” and it reads: Speaking about 'societal evils, I think that as Al continues to spread throughout society, we're going to see an increasingly shady world filled with scammers exploiting it. Recently, I came across a drawing and thought, "This is something I drew, right?" I was shocked to find out it was actually created by Al. When I draw manga, I add subtle, personal elements that make the work uniquely mine. But this Al-generated piece even mimicked details like the way I draw eyelashes, so precisely that it was almost impossible to tell it apart from my work. If it were based on recent drawings, I'd know right away, "No, I didn't draw this." On the other hand, I honestly wouldn't be able to tell the difference if it were done with my art from about ten years ago, when my memory of it would be a little hazy. The more Al advances, the more this kind of thing will happen.
Art reflects the times, and manga is one example of that. Seeing this world of con artists appear in manga could very well mean that we're headed for a future world dominated by fraudsters. This type of 'evil' in today's age will undoubtedly end up impacting manga down the line.
Copyright infringement by Al is also a 'villain' that we manga artists must face. The extreme scenario is that Al-generated fakes might start being accepted as the "real thing," and even if we try to protect our work, these counterfeits are becoming so accurate and sophisticated that it's no longer a fight an individual can win. Having some kind of laws would probably be the only way to regulate this. However, because we're dealing with a world of con artists, there's also a very real possibility that laws favoring them will appear before we know it. Personally, I entrust my copyright management to Shueisha, but some manga artists are lax in managing their copyrights, leading to others using their artwork without permission or even leaking original drawings.

Mermaid Mask review rfom Steam:

My goodness, what an experience!!! 2 years ago I played "Crow Country" the first SFB Games production I had ever played, which has become one of my favorite experiences as of recent, and earlier this year I played through "Tangle Tower", and a week or so ago I finished this game, "The Mermaid Mask"! I am now completely onboard for whatever SFB Games makes going forward!! Y'all make whatever you WANT, I will be there DAY ONE!

"Tangle Tower" was already a visual and puzzle-solving treat, and "The Mermaid Mask"not only delivers on its predecessor, but pushes its visual department further, the production values are a treat to behold: 3D Clues that you can view from different angles to discern more from them, ANIMATED SEQUENCES??? , and GOD, the COLOR PALETTES, part of my job revolves around Color Palettes, so trust me when I tell you that this game has some OUTSTANDING work on that department, every single locale in this game was a delight to discover.

This game hooks you from the first minute and does not let go! The characters are all intriguing and fun to listen to absolute KUDOS to the every single Voice Actor in this game and the writers, some of them were grander than life, others felt people you might stumble upon on the street, and every single one of them was memorable on their own unique way! I WENT OUT OF MY WAY TO INTERACT WITH ALL OF THEM AS MUCH AS I COULD, THE GAME DIDN'T NEED TO PUSH ME OR TELL ME TO DO SO I JUST DID IT BECAUSE THEY ARE THAT GOOD!!! ACTUALLY STAYED UP PLAYING PAST MIDNIGHT A COUPLE TIMES!!!

If you love puzzle games, point-and-click-adventure-games, fun characters, and mysteries that will keep you guessing, this is a VERY easy game to recommend, I would even dare to say you don't even need to play past entries to get into it! (But I would STILL recommend you do, because "Tangle Tower" is THAT fun).
