Wing night round here… yes, I made the wing sauce and the bleu cheese dressing.
Home made Gorgonzola made with Murray’s. It literally takes 10 minutes, why would you ever purchase store bought???
Big ass steak, egg, and cheese burrito. Garden fresh toe-mah-toes on the side.
My wife wanted my almost famous grilled Caesar today. Yes, all from scratch.
Made a Stromboli… I’ll cut it when it’s not the temperature of the sun.
When you make a steak SO perfectly… you eat all the fat and end up sucking on the bone. That’s what I’m looking at. DadsSeasonings Ultimate Steak and Italian is a Freakin killer combination. I added some garlic cloves and basil. I’m still trying to find something on the bone.
Making a mixed berry compote for some cheesecake. Dessert… it’s what’s for dinner.
Tonight… a two layer Mexican pizza or sorts. Huge, authentic shell, Garlic EVOO, shroom, green onion, @DadsSeasonings Italian, mozz.. 2nd shell… EVOO, thin fresh layer of garden tomatoes, Mediterranean Oregano, mozz, pepperoni, kosher salt. Blast at 500 degrees.
Battered shrimp with a homemade tartar and chips with gravy. There is fresh cauliflower as well but… too lazy to take a pic.
The supergroup who gave us the “Taste the Biscuit” song will not be performing either… youtu.be/GchgAvD1fxA?...

That feeling you get when you tried to make a recipe from your dad (RIP) that he didn’t leave behind. The one where you felt there was voodoo used. I just had this occur… I have been trying to make this for over 20 years and today was the day. Brings a tear to my eye.
Pizza tonight… took a giant burrito shell and made a triple layer pizza because, why not. Tortilla, mozz, shrooms … spices including @DadsSeasonings Italian. Next shell, mozz, green garlic, scallions and spices. A Chicago pub pizza as the capper. Piggish but so good.
Went all out… gravy AND ranch with the chips with cheese.
It was a chips with cheese kind of night. Butter, kosher, Telicherry pepper, fresh grated Tillamook. I was lazy, I didn’t make the ranch.
I wait until it’s 65 degrees to make my almost famous garlic bacon (Nodine’s) and potato soup. Yeah well…
Bluefin Toro last evening… so good. Half a dozen Delaware oysters as well.
Fresh pierogies for the night game. Sour cream dippin’ sauce Kosher salt, granulated garlic, and Dad’s American hatch.
