Had a dream that I learned that there was a tie in anime for those hit clips music cartridges. It was about these two guys who used hit clips to dispel demons/evil spirits from the world. It only aired in Japan and China but only one episode was popular in China

In the dream I was mostly reading and watching videos about it so this is second hand dream information. It had a ton of licensed music in it way more then most anime and only aired in Japan and China and was popular in Japan but wasn't in China because according to my dream "the Chinese never learned to appreciate any music". There was one episode that was strangely popular in China where the 2 guys go to a place where "Krishna kids" would always get hit my lightning. In the anime the Krishna kids were child incarnations of the Hindu God Krishna and one of the videos I watched about it theorized that this episode was popular in China because Chinese atheists/atheism meant they thought the idea of a Hindu god being repeatedly defeated by a lightning strike was really funny/ cool.
