Hey! So after seventeen and a half years, October 2nd will be my last day at IGN. It was genuinely a dream come true to do this thing for so long alongside some of the most talented people on earth. Kinda cold day in LA so had to make some albondigas soup
OK but I’ve been eating beans for 48 years. Mom would make a giant pot (de la olla) every Sunday then the rest of the week she’d refry them with cheese, refry with chorizo and so on and we’d eat them 4-5 days per week. All of us Mexis been on trend 🫘
