a sad dragon. Collector of Transformers, Battletech, old video games (particularly Metroid), Gundam, Ultraman and kaiju-related items.

I finally finished a Battletech mini I've been painting sporadically due to other projects. I had an extra Zeus, so i painted it to look like the MechWarrior Dark Age mini Viktor Hannan/Zeus. This was the very first unique mini i pulled when i started playing MWDA, and i was so excited to use it.

Robotech panel at SDCC happened, someone asked about the movie. Kevin Mckeever said "due to a new executive at Sony, Harmony Gold is no longer able to talk about the live action Robotech movie". That confirms it. 15 year project is toast finally.

At this point I am not going to interact with anyone or say anything about the new Gundam series, because no matter what I said everyone considers it a disagreement and attacks me for it. I'm just going to stay silent, watch it when it comes out, and stick to myself on it.

I have seen shitty behavior in FFXIV before, but damn. Healer off roulette said "have fun with your small pulls" five minutes into the dungeon, and forced themselves to DC just because they didn't like that the inexperienced tank wasn't pulling every mob from the entrance to the boss door in one go.

The biggest problem with wanting art of my OCs is everyone who does commissions are way out of my price range (300-900 dollars), or have various other stipulations (no scales, no non-furry, no armor/mech, no OCs, etc) so their out. I really wish i wasn't bullied out of drawing in middle school.

I really don't know why i see no one talking about the Liokaiser Transformers set from Haslab. This thing is amazing. Each of the individual bots feels and transform great, they look good in all their modes, their chest plate gimmick works perfect, and they are like the best of current combiners.

Probably regret posting this, but one of my video game relics. My Vectrex, still with the box. Last I checked it still works too. Has the cartridges and screens for Scramble, Armor Attack, Castle, two Star Treks, and Minestorm. Even still have the original purchase receipt.

Behold, a prison of my own design, crafted by my own hands, trapping me within, all to contain he who lurks. (There's a gate on the other side. The floors are being redone in most the house so can't have him wandering around, and to help his stress level I'm staying in here with him)

Made a custom Gundam model from scrap parts from different kits to experiment with chromatic paint. Decided it reminded me of a fish, so added silver and teal. I learned a lot about this kind of paint. I have named it the Aqueous Gundam, and i need to find it a home.

If i still have any disappointments from my youth still, it's that the animated show Exo-Squad stopped on a massive cliffhanger. No third season to wrap it up, no other media, nothing. Maybe with how we are starting to hit the 90s in revivals we will see Exo-Squad make a comeback and get an ending.

One box on the checklist done. That is all my Nintendo games with replaced boxes completed. So time for a little break, while I decide what is next between Super Nintendo and Nintendo 64. Both have games that will give me issues replacing the boxes for, but it's also 42 vs 21.
