I've been seriously trying to get myself together this year. I am more fit than ever, keeping my gaming in check, learned to... tolerate cooking (still hate it tho), made real progress with my language studies. But as long as I have no job it all feels like such a pointless waste of time

Couldn't draw much last month, but finally back on this and gonna get to the colours soon. I have an unpleasant feeling that this is gonna be one of those pictures where the taken effort doesn't translate into overall quality but hey, at least it was really fun to work on.

I tried out Vivaldi and it wasn't a great first impression because it's Sync is simply not working, and I am using two devices interchangeably a lot. However, Firefox just up and crashes my PC even when open in the background, so not like I can continue using it.

Gave in and tried out Blue Prince. It's as great as everyone said and, as expected, is exactly My Shit. Just found Room 46 this evening but I've got a lot of hints as to what to do next written down. My only gripe is a lack of a "save & exit", I can only assume it's this way for a technical reason

What do runners do in hot weather, provided I absolutely do not have money for a gym? I have actually made progress with running this spring, but my mornings are busy until ~9 and by then it's too hot. Do I wait until dusk? Or do experienced runners just bear with the heat?

Quietly and steadily, I think Sunless Skies became one of my favourite games. Never had a "fan" period with it, but to this day I think about it often and remember its stories more vividly than most games'. Which makes me think I should probably check out Fallen London, but it's quite intimidating.

Finished RE9. Grace's segments: brilliant, 10/10, peak RE, the Care Center is legit in my top 3 RE locations. Unfortunately, I didn't care for Raccoon City. It's good mechanically but a tonal mess, one that left me ambivalent and kinda bored. ARK is fine. It's a RE lab, we know it, we love it

My daughter is approaching the age when I will have to drive her places or waste tons of time, and I simply cannot overstate how much I don't want to interact with cars ever. Feeling jittery just thinking about driving every day, I would never survive in the US

Been playing Metaphor:ReFantazio lately and enjoying it so much I'm not even playing RE9 until I finish. Far as I'm concerned, it's an improvement over P5 in most aspects, the only big exception being the visuals. I'm glad we got this instead of P6, thank you Atlus.
