New Research: Our Social LobbyMap's Evian Letter Briefing is now live. The Evian Letter called for the full abolishment of the CSDDD, claiming to represent all 45 CEOs attending the Franco-German business meeting. Our research found a much more nuanced picture.
Transparency is only useful when stakeholders can trust the information behind it. As the EU Forced Labour Regulation and CSDDD raise expectations around due diligence, companies will increasingly need to show how they identify and manage labour rights risks.
