How JingTi joined the sect! (She couldn't see well enough to tell he was the Sect Leader, just that he was pretty. She doesn't have her glasses it's not her fault!)

Text:
JingTi: (How did I get here?)
Earlier...
(Parents discussing money issues)
JT: "What... What if I tried out for Cang Qiong? It's free to try, and if I get in I can help out. If not, well at least we tried something right?"
Father: (apprehensive) "Well... I suppose you can-"
Mother: "Oh, but we'd need to dress you up for it!"
JT: Wut-
(Off screen)
JT: WAIT-
M: "You should wear something nice, just in case you meet a nice young Lord there!"
A1: Oh she always looks so lovely in blue an-
A2: Pink is in Season! Better choice! And cover her freckles-
M: Oh, dear you shouldn't wear your glasses...

Text:
JT: (thinking) "Thanks Aunties, I stand out even more now. At least I can't see them staring."
(Off screen) "Ready... Set... BEGIN!"

- JingTi begins to treck up the stairs, the day slowly passing as ppl pass her the opposite way while she continues to walk well past sundown-

- A gust of wind catches her attention, bringing her fact to face with Yue Qingyuan -

YQY: hello. (generally friendly)

JT: (thinking) P-Pretty!

Text:
YQY: "The Selection has ended."
JT: "Oh... I see."

- JT continues past him, basically ignoring him as he looks at her in confusion -

YQY: "Did... Did you not-"
JT: "I heard you, but it doesn't matter. I've come this far. I may as well see the Sect I'm being rejected from."
YQY: (contemplatively) Ah, I see...

Later~

(Impact text) I DID IT!
JT: (leaning over, tiredly mumbling) ow my everything-
YQY: "Wonderfully done! Now, please follow me."
JT: (confused) "Huh? What for?"
YQY: (cheerful) "I hope you aren't too tired, it is a long walk to Qiong Ding." Hah hah!

- JT (information loading, realizing who he is) -

JT: (loud scream) WHAT?
