chlo@elbowchlo.bsky.social · 3mo agoi was like why am i struggling so hard and it turns out fifi went like 2-300 over the 1200 budgeted because that included the 200 deposit i paid when i scheduled the dental a few weeks ago. so actually. she cost me 1500 when i budgeted for 1200!!! YEAHHHH!! PET OWNERSHIP YEAHHHH!!! girl get a job

she’s doing really good at home! she’s got her appetite back, going to the bathroom and getting around good. i can see some of the bruising starting to show from the chest compressions but she’s still letting us pet and love on her. still a little clumsy, and since it’s been 48 hours that may stay.
she is home!! she’s got a long road ahead of her but she’s improved miles since last night. i have no idea how she survived everything and still regained so much neurological function back but i am so fucking thankful !!!!!!

if yall can keep fifi in your thoughts. she crashed (cardiac event) on the table when they were placing her IVC for her dental today. 50 minutes of cpr and meds and they brought her back. unfortunately she currently has no vision and is ataxic but stable and spending the night at the er overnight
14 hours is CWAZY!! but that’s bc i had so much fun with yall :D feeling very thankful that yall still enjoy showing up and hanging out- whether it’s for a few minutes or a few hours, lurking or chatting, genuinely it will never fail to fill my heart with so much love it hurts 💕🥹
