Today is my break from the bike ride, and I am home resting in Newcastle. I understand not everyone has time to meet up with me at the mile marker meetups. You work, have kids to take places, and have life commitments—there are so many reasons that come with a busy life. 1/2

Good Morning! It is day 5 of my 14-county, 500-mile ride through CD4. I am at Main Street Coffee in Ardmore until 8:30am; then I’ll be riding to Marietta. If you’re in the area, come to Bruce’s Barbecue tonight from 6-7:30. Tomorrow night I will be at Kochendorfer Brewing in Duncan, OK.
