Sad day for America. Charlie chose dialogue over violence. You may disagree that he was in favour of guns. But he wasn’t in favour of murder. RIP Charlie. I hope BlueSky can learn something from him.

Why the midcurve meme makes sense: - if you're 70 iq you need to keep it simple. - if you're smart you know how valuable it is to keep it simple. (ps. hetzner doesn't belong on the left of this curve) (pps. aws useful in lots of cases. but is often overkill)
If you want a lot of views then replies are the way to do it. This two word reply has 360k views. My record timeline tweet is ~250k views. And this random reply got more 🤷♂️ Whether this reply tweet drove any value to my business or profile is another question. It likely didn't.
Supercut doesn't have a free plan so they send you to a competitor instead. Next level marketing and sales right here.
Recall just raised $38m. Their UI is standard shadcn/ui. It looks good. It works. Don't overthink it. Use @shadcn
Resend, Postmark, Mailgun - I've used them all (and more). They all send email. They all do the job. But @resend destroying the competition. What's crazy is that it's really not that different from other email APIs. Goes to show what a clean and simple product can do. Even in established markets.
For 99% of driven founders, the core motivator is rooted in _________. Most will deny this. What goes in the blank?

Signing up for MS365. You click "Buy now" they don't give you the free trial. You click "Try free for one month" and they do. Like why 🤷♂️
Users don't care about your elegant solution - they care about their problem going away Technical correctness < user understanding - if they can't use it, it doesn't matter how well it's built Every feature has a cost - not in code, but in user confusion
Is it just me, or does that gold LinkedIn badge automatically stick out to you as a spam connection? Seems like it has the opposite effect of what's intended.
I starting using a tweet scheduling app. So much more efficient. I can write tweets without getting distracted by other posts. And can batch up a handle at a time to run throughout the day. It also adds an element of surprise when I log in to X to see what I posted that day.
A technically perfect app with no users. What advice would you give this founder?
Lambos are cool, but a Ford will get you to your destination just as fast.
I keep getting these scam ads on YouTube. Anyone else keep seeing this guy? Cyprus company running the ads. I reported today, but surprised YouTube has allowed these for so long.
Todoist is such a beautifully simple product. I can't add images to todos. That's annoying. But satisfying how simple it makes it. Do you ever feel you're adding too many features to your product?
I built an email blaster game to make getting to inbox zero fun! Sound on! getinboxzero.com/game
Very cool project. This is the biggest collection of components I've ever seen. Built on shadcn. You can even use the Shadcn CLI to add them to your project. 21st.dev

Woke BlueSky needs to learn how to argue. Almost every reply I receive falls under "name-calling".
