Soooooo I've been working on a soft outline/glow shader I'll be releasing soon. It gets applied directly to the model's materials, and is everyday usable performance wise! It's not 100% perfect, but pretty close :D This is in a scene with no bloom:

I learnt we could add ear movement to our face tracking in VRChat while at the Furality Creator meetup. So I HAD to add it to Leona. Files with this update will be pushed out soon. ❤️
stop bricking leona up like this
Picklebarrel@picklebarrel3d.com · last yr.Pro Blender tip: no one can stop you from dressing up your Blender default cube and spicing up the default scene Just make your changes save the blend file and then go to File->Defaults-> Save Startup File Leona has been contained #b3d
I helped my friend @elizacg.com create the optimized quest version of her new avatar Leona. Lots of manual retopology and baking of textures was involved but it looks amazing Its out now, check it out elizacg.com/b/re-leona

I want to inform about a change to our custom license that things like Poses Extension use, in regard to the upcoming @vrchat.com Avatar Marketplace. The tl'dr is that the inclusion of BDAL assets for those versions will be allowed, which wasn't the case before. Thank you for your support ❤️
Leona has a Dark Mode. 🥰 Thank you Ben Miyanaga for taking amazing photos!

I've been tinkering with making a bead shader for #VRChat. Each bead is a little billboard, which means this whole bracelet can be just 72 tris. The beads can also be weighted to clothing, etc. Got nerd sniped by @elizacg.com who showed me that the new Nikki game does something similar.

Payhip is the GOAT. I asked for social links to Bluesky yesterday and they added it within 24 hours. They are always prompt in adding new features and transparent about limitations. I can't praise them more for how friendly and responsive they are.
