Largely domesticated man of mystery

Still struggling to see what we’re trying to do in the midfield under Jaissle. Three players in there so far and they’re flat as a pancake, with zero movement (as per Bournemouth). Goal is unlucky, but lack of closing down an issue too #nufc

One of our biggest issues under Howe was picking the same team each week regardless of opponent. Felt Jaissle made the same mistake today going with pacy but technically iffy players like Elanga / Willock. Once Ramsey (and to an extent Steur) came on we saw the benefit of security on the ball #nufc

Back four against Sunderland (and the rest of the season) simply has to be Hall, Botman, Thiaw and Livramento. Appreciate Chelsea aren’t Barcelona, but the comparison between Saturday and tonight defensively is embarrassing #nufc

Superb win tonight for #nufc. Surely not a coincidence that we kept a clean sheet with what most would consider our “first choice” back 4. Anyone recall how many games that group have played together all season? I’m struggling to recall any…

#nufc finished the 2023/24 season with 60 pts, playing the majority of matches with 11 fit players. To even equal that this season we need to win 8 of our remaining 10 games. A colossal decline whichever way you spin it…
