On the first night of Girl Scout camp in 5th grade, we went to a drive-in in Montgomery, IL and saw “Indian in the Cupboard,” about which I remember nothing. Then we got back to camp and watched “The Princess Bride” on VHS, which left a lasting impression on me.

Dear valued clients—past, present, and future,
We regret to inform you that our farm is currently facing a serious situation. Unfortunately, we have discovered that our new baby goats have contracted rabies. We are working closely with public health officials, the North Carolina Department of Agriculture, and animal control to address this issue and ensure the safety of our animals and clients.
We want to be transparent about this distressing event. The affected animals, our 4 precious baby goats, have been euthanized to prevent further spread. We will be closely monitoring our remaining animals under the guidelines provided by health officials.
To answer the question on everyone’s mind: How did this happen?
The baby goats were kept in a separate pen, away from the others, and were too young to receive their vaccinations. We unfortunately encountered a skunk in their pen, which we promptly removed and disposed of. WE HAD NO CLUE THE GOATS HAD GOTTEN BUT. They showed no sign or symptoms of rabies. Trust me if we did we would not spent $100s of dollars for vets. We are very blessed for an amazing Vet. He went above and beyond contacting other vets, countless hours of research to figure out what was going on. The only reason I chose to send the body for a necropsy was for the respect of my, vet he deserves to have answers.
These past few days have been incredibly difficult for us, and we appreciate your understanding and support during this challenging time. If you have been in contact with the affected animals, please be aware that the health department will be reaching out to you.
If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us or contact the health department directly.

Just watched this 17-minute musical. A band and group of chorus girls follow the detectives to the scene of the crime, and everyone is singing their dialogue to the tunes of 1934’s freest songs.
