My only comment on the USS Lincoln thing as a Navy veteran is that this is not new. It's been 20 years since my last deployment on an aircraft carrier, and every single deployment we went on somebody jumped overboard. I'm unsurprised that nothing has changed in 2 decades.

My biggest ADHD blessing/ struggle is with object permanency. On one hand, I can walk away from people and forget they ever existed. On the other, I do stupid stuff like turn the side sprinklers on and forget to turn them off for 24 hours. My water bill 😭
