It got negative reviews but I played through MindsEye over the past couple of days. It was not the best game I've ever played but the actors and their digital representations were good and I will enjoy exploring the sort of Las Vegas cityscape in free roam now that I've finished the game.
Played the Donkey Kong Bananza demo at Nintendo SF today. It felt a lot like Mario Odyssey with some Minecraft elements sprinkled in. I look forward to playing the full game later this month.

Did everyone check out the Meta booth at AWE? Two pair of Ray-Bans, a QR code and a framed printout. Very eye catching and clearly a high priority for a silver sponsor of the event to have an impactful presence on the show floor.

My time at AWE 2025 has just ended and I have lots of thoughts. This is the conference that brings the mind, body and heartbeat of the XR community together. I love seeing friends old and new and our shared continued excitement for this technology.
I'm a big fan of the crazy worlds the artists at Meow Wolf transport visitors to and have been a Niantic app user since Field Trip, so this collaboration is like Peanut Butter and Jelly to me. Read Scott's article to learn where Niantic and Meow Wolf will blend realities first!

I've spent almost all of my time on the Switch 2 (when not trying to make XR glasses mirror the display) playing Mario Kart World Free Roam. I haven't even started a single race and I've had a good number of hours of excellent fun and I've collected ten new outfits for Mario and 46 stickers.

XR Glasses and Switch 2 testing tonight. For XREAL One, TCL RayNeo Air 3S, VITURE Pro. I tried plugging each in to the top and bottom USB-C port with no adapter. No display but you can set to 1080p. Tried with powered XREAL Hub and updated VITURE Pro Dock, no display.
I reacted live on another social media site but now that I'm done with the workday, I need to tell my friends at Bluesky that I need this game ASAP.
