Mesprit lets out a sigh of relief, before floating on over to join the deity in the cool air. “Thank you, gracious Arceus. I know I tease, but it's in my nature to do so. I am the ruler of all emotion, after all! I'm ever honored to have that responsibility given to me by yourself.”

ᅠ ah , am i ? i had not noticed . apologies . ( alright , alright ... both hands manifest the icicle plate before it beckoned mesprit to come closer ) here . this should be far better for thee . ᅠ ㅤ

“That'll do...” She feels VERY uncomfortable around here now that she's been made aware. Darn human debuff, dulling her senses... “Oh! Here- I think I might ACTUALLY have something useful for the little punk!” Mal holds out a little gem to Reina, grinning ear to ear. “Eviolite.” 》

"BrinWright. Specifically the town of Grimwurst. There's a ton of dark types around here of varying types-" She had to answer it for her regardless. That's how she is. "At the very least, think of a dark type and we'll have it. Maybe even the Alolan Rattatas too."

And we wonder where Mesprit gets it from... “My Lord... I think... you're making it hotter... why did you choose the Flame Plate..!?” It's times like this she wishes she paid attention when Uxie offered to teach her how to control the basic elements...

ᅠ ㅤ ... i was always able to do so with these plates of mine . without them , i cannot . they are a part of me and taking them weakens me so . ( slowly blinking ... lazy thing . he could change into ice , but ... eugh . bleh . tired . maybe later ... ) ᅠ ㅤ

“Almighty Arceus! So good to see you~!” Saving her own hide since year 0. “Pray tell, though, how do you so easily command the elements so even in such a form? It is impressive, though feels... rather unfair.”

ᅠ ( one of the reasons it prefers to stay in colder climates is to avoid harsh suns such as this ... oh , look who decided to visit . ) what was that ? ᅠ ㅤ

“Almighty hacks...” Millenia old deity, calling her own creator out. What an almighty brat.

ᅠ ( currently a fire type to cope with the infernal heat happening ... )

“Sorry, where are we again? Don't answer that, I just figured it out-” What? “Okay, well, as long as it's... not too tough, your little Regalia should be able to handle it. You have anything even mildly adjacent to like, I dunno, a Rattata? Something that bites back, but not too hard?”

𝓖𝓻𝓲𝓶𝔀𝓾𝓻𝓼𝓽 𝓒𝓸𝓾𝓷𝓽𝓮𝓼𝓼 - Reina Kingchester@queenlytrainer.bsky.social · 4mo ago

"In my area... It's a few dark types. Okay, mostly dark types. But we got some variety beyond that at least." She is trying to think for a moment here. "There are some Carvanhas around here. But if we want to go for a challenge, it can be a Cacnea or something else."

jamcat Good to see you have the deity of absolute primordial chaos as what appears to be an HM donkey. That truly is a face that lacks mercy and order.

(Update on the RNG Team. Still don't have Magmar yet.)

jamcat Work's got me until later tonight. I'll probably be on after work or tomorrow~.

“No harm in trying~! What kind of Pokemon you got around here? In the wild, I mean?” That coming from someone with no visible Pokeballs is... mildly concerning. “There's gotta be something Regalia here can pick on that's her own size, right?”

𝓖𝓻𝓲𝓶𝔀𝓾𝓻𝓼𝓽 𝓒𝓸𝓾𝓷𝓽𝓮𝓼𝓼 - Reina Kingchester@queenlytrainer.bsky.social · 4mo ago

"A lot of my Pokemon... No, all of them I remember have grown as time goes on. It'd make sense for her to try out a fight, right? I wonder if that would calm her down... a battle. Maybe it could."

Mal just giggles in response. “Yeah, serpent's got bite, I can tell you that much... but she's definitely got room to grow, as well. You know- she may be little, but if she's this raring for a fight... there's nothing wrong with letting her test the waters.” “Experience IS the best teacher~.”

The Snivy would stare at Mal for a bit before slapping her hand with her tail, scowling. "I heard Snivys can be hard to deal with. Though I think she'll come around, eventually... Maybe." Regalia crosses her leaf arms before looking away.

jamcat The funny thing is, the face claim for Mesprit's human form is a vampire. This is an interesting interaction with that in mind.

“Please, don't worry about it! I'm more than used to rambunctious Pokemon. Comes with the territory~.” The territory, of which, she wouldn't specify. “Pleasure to meet you, Reina. And you, too, Regalia~!” She's knelt down to greet the little one, offering a finger to one of her leaves.

𝓖𝓻𝓲𝓶𝔀𝓾𝓻𝓼𝓽 𝓒𝓸𝓾𝓷𝓽𝓮𝓼𝓼 - Reina Kingchester@queenlytrainer.bsky.social · 4mo ago

"Ah! Are you okay there!?" She knew her Snivy could be a bit chaotic but... "I apologize for this. She can be a bit... aggressive. She just hatched a few days ago. Reina is my name. And Regalia is hers. But I am doing my best to help keep her under control right now."

“Guess I'm going Nugget hunting...”

“Jeez... what's with these prices? Can't a lady find a brand that doesn't cost the same as a good meal..?” She's... window-shopping. In Lumiose. She may be dirt broke.

(“Ah, young love~... I really shouldn't be relating and reminiscing on the job, though. Oh, well...”)

Clears her throat. ...uses Swift to cause a 'convenient' meteor shower... Ah, much better. Much more romantic.

“...right. Pokeballs. Maybe I could...” ...no. Apricorns are too obvious in the present day. “Maybe there are cute little charms I can get somewhere instead.”

“...why's everyone looking at me so funny..? I thought my clothes were pretty on fleek...” Perhaps, just perhaps, it was the lack of Pokemon on her person. Though, it's not like she necessarily needed one.

...she still needs to talk to Azelf about that one...

Sneak, sneak, sneaking away from Lake Verity for awhile... She wants to go see how the humans party nowadays.

“Aww, ankle biter! How cute~! I love when hatchlings have a little pep in their step.” “Oop! Sah-ree~!” The woman takes a step back, shooting Reina a smile. “Name's Mal. I got a soft spot for feisty types. You this little firecracker's trainer?”

𝓖𝓻𝓲𝓶𝔀𝓾𝓻𝓼𝓽 𝓒𝓸𝓾𝓷𝓽𝓮𝓼𝓼 - Reina Kingchester@queenlytrainer.bsky.social · 4mo ago

"Guess Regalia wants to get into a battle despite just hatching, it seems.."

jamcat Alright, that should be it for now. Back to being the creature of emotion.

(“Well... if you insist.”) Mesprit would much rather get Akari back to civilization... but her comfort matters, too. Especially in a place she was unfamiliar with, for one reason or another. (“I'll do my best to answer any other questions you may have. I feel as if I owe you that much.”)

Akari seemed to breathe out a sigh of relief...This wouldn't be that scary with Mesprit here. "..Alright...How about we make our way to your lake, first? I...could use a familiar sight...Haha.." She calls out her Arcanine, already beginning to get on its back. "We can find somewhere to parch me-

(“Thank goodness. Having your friends should make this easier. Not just in terms of getting you home, but also... well... not doing this alone.”) Mesprit floats over to Akari, gently landing atop her head, looking down with a smile. (“And you'll have me along, too! Not many people can say that~!”)

"Yeah....I have Topaz with me, too...I could ride it." Thankfully it was her main team that Akari managed to bring with her...She wasn't doing any research at the time, after all!

(“W- well... I'm sure that's fine. If the rift allowed them to pass through, then, surely the Lord sees no issue...”) Slight concern aside, she was glad for this. (“You're wounded. I can't heal you, not the way I am right now. Can Nanako- goodness, I hope I remembered that right- help you walk?”)

💎✨𝐻𝒾𝓈𝓊𝒾 𝒮𝓊𝓇𝓋𝒾𝓋𝑜𝓇✨⚪@stainlessplatinum.bsky.social · 4mo ago

Akari seemed to reach into her satchel, pulling out her Samurott's ball and looking down at it. "...Yeah?..."
