A tall, muscular leopard wearing a gray and black haori with floral patterns, a yellow belt around his waste, dark brown pants, and black feet coverings. Long ago, Genkei and his twin brother, Solomon, joined the Okayama army in the hidden kingdom of sand. Together, they lead their forces to defend their homeland from invaders. Years of bloodshed made Genkei bear a strong hatred towards the Imperials, and it threatened to tear his relationship with his brother apart after they married a Chinese woman. Regret would linger in his cold heart, but after seeing the heroic, and kind soul that his brother's son, Animus becomes, he warms up to them, and swears to protect them as if he was his own son. Genkei is a noble samurai with a strong sense of justice. Unlike his more naïve and laidback brother, he's a lot more strict and cautious. A force that's hard to hold back when in battle, Genkei stokes fear into his enemies with his ferocious and brutal bushido arts. Despite his fearsome appearance, Genkei shows a more gentle, and fatherly side when around his family and friends. When not working for the army or the hunting guild, he enjoys collecting swords, hiking, and training. He sometimes admires his own muscles when in front of a mirror.

#Animalands #OC This is Genkei, Animus's Japanese Uncle and the twin brother of Animus's father. He's one of the Okayama Generals who leads his squad to protect his homeland. A hardened, stoic warrior at heart, he loves his family dearly. He likes collecting swords, hiking, and bodybuilding.
