Was Premetamorphic Green Hunter different in DLC? In base game I beat it my first try. But even with a much higher level, it took 5 tries in the DLC. I don't remember it being able to spam those skewer grabs and then immediately go into a belly flop.

Posted that speed runner before, but I've really enjoyed the whole Lies of P online community. I've rewatched so many Let's Plays, GDQ streams, and other speed runs. It's nice there.

I hated them so much, but it's undeniable how cool they were. Based on the amount of added lore and end credits renders in Overture, I think the creators liked them too

When I was young, I'd get so irritated with game endings not being "enough." Lies of P Overture is enough. The end credit renders? Started crying at the picture of Alidoro saving Eugenie and did not stop. Antonia and Polendina? Venigni and Pulcinella? Spring w/everyone??
I love you, P. But at what point are we gonna pick this guy up and take him directly to Venigni for repairs?? Can we at least give him one of the hundreds of repair kits we never use.
Keep seeing more artists apologize for not posting because they're working full-time jobs, and either the day job is not art-related, or they're under NDA. Really sucks that it's harder to build something and/or connect with people because you're not doing more work on top of work.

My fave is how every role is referred to as 'dev' and equally responsible for every aspect of a game. "This dev added a character I hate!!" - and they're talking about a QA tester. "Why did you add in-game purchases!?" My guy, that is an environment artist. A junior environment artist.

Its a really bizarre state you find yourself in when you work so much on commercial art that it becomes difficult to share. Because then, you stop existing, so to exist, you have to work double to make more, other art, which then doesn't represent your main career. So to solve that you have to -
