Dems replaced action on trans rights with hollow statements, then dropped those statements, then embraced anti-trans rhetoric. Now supporting anti-trans laws and blocking pro-trans ones. At every step the "they're betraying us" radicals were correct and "be patient" liberals were completely wrong.

Newsom has vetoed a bill that would have prohibited future governors from handing over abortion providers, helpers, and patients to red states for criminal prosecution. The bill also barred extraditions involving transgender care.

A spokesperson from the state Attorney General’s Office praised the ruling but condemned the language, saying that “decisions about the appropriate placement for an individual should be addressed case by case… rather than by mandating new across-the-board policies.” But the spokesperson added, “We strongly disagree with the court’s harmful language. It does not reflect our brief or our values.”

Oregon Democratic politicians appealing a favorable ruling so it would get overruled by MAGA 9th circuit appointees is a great example of how Democrats want trans women to be raped and killed in prisons as much as Republicans do, just politely.
