The U.S. is scaling back other areas of its spending, including on prevention and surveillance, and plans to fully phase out the program in South Africa.
One quick search about Fauci shows Xitter is leading the way on attacks on Fauci. We all know more lives would have been saved if Repugs had followed Fauci's advice. Instead, they pushed products that didn't help.
