Thank you for your post. Yes indeed, it’s impressive : all our new elderly patients are now on this DIDo CAPD regimen : 3 bags/day leaving whole day free of manipulations and a short 2-3 hrs glucose dwell in laye afternoon. In older patients, water and sodium removal is the key point !
