Decades before "sustainability" became a common corporate term, Jonathan Koch (MBA/MS '96) was part of our very first dual-degree cohort. His professors lit a fire under his career, leading to a 30-year run in renewables. Today, he stays connected by teaching and hiring fellow Erbers.

During her final year at Erb, a simple choice of where to sit at an event put Rachel Hain (MBA/MS '25) next to Monique Oxender (MBA/MS '04), chief corporate affairs & sustainability officer at Keurig Dr Pepper. That single connection led to a full-time role at the company.
