Fire Emblem bender ahead: I feel like prequel truthers for Fortune's Weave are more anxious that it being a sequel would canonize a specific route. But if Three Hopes was anything to go by, I think it might be an alternate timeline sequel. Maybe one where Rhea fell to Nemesis but Sothis lived.

The bill doesn't just target porn sites. It goes after *any* site that allows material "harmful" to minors. You'd have to scan your face to use Google.

Some people might be disappointed that SE probably dropped the "darker and more mature" tone DQXII promised when it was first announced; but DQV had some of the most gutwrenching moments in the series without having to try too hard. I guess they thought "Don't fix what isn't broken".
Creatives don't owe you shit. They fundamentally do not owe you shit. They made something. You saw it. There was never any responsibility involved. They don't owe you a "better version" of the work. They don't owe you "less problematic writing". They don't owe you more episodes. You deserve nothing.

Ramble: Akatsuki from Naruto, Gotei 13 from Bleach (during the Soul Society arc), and OGXIII from KH very much feel like quintessential 2000s antagonists. They had such a massive chokehold on fanbase culture at the time. I couldn't escape em in a lot of video game message boards I was in. (1/2)
