El-Sayed, Lawrence and McKinney all won progressive campaigns in Michigan last night by talking about climate and clean energy like it was a kitchen-table issue — because skyrocketing energy bills and endless wildfire smoke matter to people.

The fun part about the internet is that this is **indistinguishable** from a phishing attack against @cloudflare.social customers. There's no binding between "Cloudflare.pay" and "Cloudflare.com" so we have no way to know if this thing is legit when it asks for permission to your account.

It certainly *looks like* Progress / @telerik.com is autoinstalling the new Fiddler Classic 6.0 update **even without the user accepting the new EULA**, one that precludes commercial usage. I'm not a lawyer, but it's hard to imagine that behavior holding up in court.

Talarico is great, but that’s not really what’s going on here. What’s happening in Texas is the answer to the question the right-wingers asked: “What happens if we nominate the worst possible candidate who’s not already in prison?”

Enten: "This is the best looking polling for Texas Democrats in a Senate race since really the 20th century ... Talarico is doing 9 points better than O'Rourke [in 2018] ... this could be very, very real. Democrats have a real shot in Texas."
