Funny thing is (well, for varying definitions of funny), this wasn't even a sophisticated LLM AI flaw. This is a 2005-era CWE screw up (read: a first year rookie sysadmin should know better). Also, maybe don't upload passport photos & medical records to rando startup chatbot services.
