It’s absolutely wild to me that so many people are just out here lobbing insults at people who just want their fellow Americans to not choose between paying rent or buying groceries and getting life-saving medical care. WWJD AMIRITE?

Luigi Mangione pleads guilty. Trump still maintains he himself is innocent despite committing crimes in the public eye over and over again. That’s the difference. The fact that Luigi - who did commit cold blooded murder - has more leadership traits than the President of our country is wild.

Here we go. I was the progressive candidate in my primary. I lost. But I was also the only Democrat to endorse the winner, who is a centrist/moderate endorsed by the Blue Dogs. Primaries are when you vote your heart; generals are when you vote your head. If we can do it, so can you, Michigan.

Now jalapeños will give me salmonella? We used to be a proper country with a fully functioning CDC and folks in charge of our public health who didn’t think that beef tallow would cure everything.

If even a SINGLE Haley Stevens primary voter refuses to vote for Abdul El-Sayed in November they can never say again that it is progressives who are unwilling to compromise. We’ve been compromising forever. Now it’s your turn to vote blue no matter who. Now let’s elect Senator El-Sayed, Michigan!!!

The Trump administration is out here playing Battleship with Monopoly game pieces using Candy Land rules and then just decided to flip the table by screaming “Jenga!” and insisting they won.

There’s a lot of unfounded outrage at Kentucky Gov Andy Beshear on McConnell. The Internet is more concerned with instant gratification over actual political gain. Instead of being mad at the most popular Dem gov in the U.S. try supporting Charles Booker trying to take over Mitch McConnell’s seat?

Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear sent a public letter to Sen. Mitch McConnell requesting a full update on his health, citing weeks of limited information since McConnell’s June 14 hospitalization. Beshear called for transparency about his ability to serve.

I spoke to Mitch McConnell for 20 minutes this morning. He told me he supports Medicare for All, a living wage, nationalization of the military industrial complex, a tenant’s bill of rights, equal rights for all, and a Free Palestine.

Posts that have caused the most internet ire in the 36 hours: -Calling out white suprematists for being white supremacists and cowards -Saying we should pay a living wage so folks can afford necessities
