Glad App won but that I’m convinced that referee crew was from the PAC-12. Weak targeting call, a pass interference call when they just got their feet tangled and a number of bad spots.
And then Twellman praising VAR for not being thorough like in other leagues. Isn’t the point for the calls to be correct, not just fast?
“Clear and obvious” is such a weak general barrier for VAR. The ball was at the line, his foot was ahead of the line. How was that not called back?
Was the percentage of broadcast time the commentators talk about him part of Messi’s contract with MLS? Just constant and so excited every time he touched the ball, no matter where it was.

Real question is whether there are actual consequences for that nonsense at the end. Suarez and whatever bench player got rocked by Bell need to have something happen.
