The #EthnicityPayGap Campaign was established in 2018. Its main aim and purpose is to raise awareness of the issues relating to the Ethnicity Pay Gap and to encourage the government to make Ethnicity Pay Gap reporting mandatory.

Lest we forget, the lack of interest by the media in Professor James Orr. Arday wasn’t found guilty of doing anything wrong or illegal, he was hounded to death. The same media will tell you, we’re not a racist country, we’re a multiculturally proud and diverse nation. 2 different things of course.

Yes!! I will have to look at the politicians, media etc and the men that run this country to know that this is true. They rely on the rigged system, to ensure the competitive advantage.
Yet, Reform only has to point the finger as to why nothing works and like lemmings, their supporters will follow. Whilst not noticing they are being had.
