Over the past two years, with the support of Stiftung Mercator, we have examined how Europe and Africa can build stronger, more equitable digital partnerships within a shifting global order. As digitalisation continues to reshape international development, this project convened experts and policymakers across three continents to address real-world trade-offs, shared threats, and mutual opportunities. The ETTG Board of Directors met in Rabat to review our progress. Key milestones include launching AI usage guidelines, expanding CRM collection, engaging over 100 ETTG researchers, and hosting high-level policy dialogues w/ EU institutions, 11 UN agencies, and over 20 countries.
