Over two hours, these four women – dubbed the "Southern Ohio Supremes" by Lisa Parker of the Jackson County Democratic Party (aka Mamaw), talked about their campaigns and answered questions from voters. As one photo caption said, they "stayed for hours to ensure that all voices were heard."
We think our Blue Ohio supported nominees are pretty darn special. We're not alone! Over two dozen other organizations and groups have endorsed these amazing folks – like Run for Something, the DLCC, OH Working Families Party, OH Fed of Teachers, Matriots, Planned Parenthood of Ohio, and more. 💙

That's right! A full 1/3 of Ohio's Democratic nominees for state leg have already gotten *direct* funding from our grassroots community. Why does that matter? Because we fund those with the least first – typically folks who are running in the reddest parts of the state.
Can we just tell you how PROUD we are of the incredible Blue Ohio-supported nominees who are running hard in some of the hardest places across Ohio? They're out there doing the work, and we are so excited to highlight them!

We couldn't agree more. Campaigns are expensive, and that's meant that folks with either a lot of money or a lot of connections have the upper hand when it comes time to run for office. That's one of the reasons we're so revolutionary. We crowdfund for the nominees that have the least.

The frame and the choice before Ohioans could not be more clear. Inspiring, people-centered change VS. the same broken down disfunction, corruption, and self dealing that the Ohio GOP has been mired in for decades now. We think it's time for a very refreshing Dr./Pepper.
